Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

General Terms and Conditions for Purchases of Nailcast products


These Terms set out the terms and conditions attached to the use of this website, for the purchase of products by customers (‘Customers’) from Nailcast as well as visitors to the site who do not make any purchase.

Please read the Terms carefully. By using or accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms in their entirety and we shall bear no liability for the failure of anyone to correctly interpret the Terms. 

Provision of Products

Nailcast is a mobile store that provides press on nail products (the ‘Products’). Products can be ordered from Nailcast using any type of mobile phone and receive direct delivery of the Products. If a Customer wishes to purchase any Product made available through the site, such person may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the purchase including, without limitation, full names, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and country of residence. The provisions of the ‘Privacy’ section of these Terms shall apply to the provision of such information.


The prices of each Product are set out on the sections of the Site that feature the relevant Product. Such prices are subject to change but Nailcast shall not change the price for a Product that has already been paid for by a Customer. You hereby acknowledge that it is the obligation of the Customer to determine the current price of a Product.


Nailcast shall safeguard the privacy of Customers and visitors to the site, and will keep all such visits, requests for information, any use of the site, call center, Mobile app, and USSD or purchase of any Products confidential. However, Nailcast will collect information from Customers and visitors to the site, call center, Mobile app, and USSD for the purposes of our records and to ensure that we provide the best possible online experience for those visiting the site. For the avoidance of doubt, this section shall apply to all visitors to the site,  even if the visitor has not created an account. Nailcast shall not provide such information to any third party and shall only disclose such information to a government authority if required to do so by Rwandan Law but shall only provide such information as is requested by the relevant Government authority.

Returns Policy

All Sales are Final! Nailcast does not accept order returns or exchanges after products were shipped. Nailcast does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped. ​

Refund Policy 

Purchases with Nailcast are non-refundable. Unless we have delivered the customer the wrong order. In this case Nailcast will correct this mistake by delivering the right order with no extra delivery fees on the customer's part.

Mistake with Order

Received the wrong item? Apologies! Nailcast will issue a refund for the item that was not received OR send the correct item if the item is still in stock.

​​Returned Shipments (Invalid Addresses)

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Nailcast. ​

Package sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address. Therefore, Nailcast is not responsible for returned shipments. To have your order re-sent, email Nailcast- your FULL address, & Order Number! Please don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. There is an additional shipping fee, Nailcast will email you a payment request! Manual Order Corrections take around 1-2 business days to resolve.

Nailcast is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

Business Rights

Nailcast has the right to refuse service and ban people from shopping with Nailcast.
